 ontinue to center and prioritize in management of the pageant. We also loo
 k forward to this expanded opportunity to continue celebrating and nurturi
 ng the amazing talent of Portland’s LGBTQIA2S+ community\, ensuring that
  our peoples’ contributions to Portland’s vibrant arts and entertainme

 is new journey.\nParking Recommendation: The Brewery Blocks/Whole Foods Un
 derground Parking Garage is the largest lot in Portland and it is located 
 one block from The Armory. It’s a well-lit\, security-patrolled undergro
 und garage that houses 1\,300 parking spaces. There are two entrances* to 
 this lot: NW Twelfth Avenue or NW Thirteenth Avenue\, between Couch and Da
 vis Streets. The elevators take you into the M Financial Building lobby (j
 ust around the corner from the Armory) or into Whole Foods on the corner o
 f Couch and NW Twelfth Avenue.\n
